TenDigits Software to be Featured in Research In Motion Webinar
MobileAccess for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 featured in BlackBerry™ Webinar.
Vancouver, BC – Vancouver, BC, April 2, 2006 TenDigits Software Inc. has been selected by Research In Motion (RIM) (NASDAQ: RIMM; TSX: RIM) to demonstrate its mobile CRM solution for BlackBerry handheld devices in an upcoming Webinar. MobileAccess for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is a rich, full-featured application for BlackBerry devices that delivers productivity to sales, service and management teams out in the field.
Unlike competing mobile CRM solutions that typically provide only the basic ability to read information, MobileAccess can support a wide range of standard customer relationship tasks, including the capacity to create, update, delegate and escalate thereby delivering exceptional productivity to mobile workers.
“2006 is a year for real growth in mobile CRM,” said Sean Gocher, President of TenDigits Software. “We’ve been seeing tremendous growth in the uptake of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution by companies of all sizes, from the smallest start-ups to the largest enterprises.”
“We’re especially excited about Microsoft’s recent launch of partner-hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions,” stated Mark Watts, VP of Business Development for TenDigits Software. “As many small and medium-sized businesses use external organizations to host their Microsoft Exchange Servers and BlackBerry Enterprise Servers, we are seeing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and our MobileAccess product as a natural fit in that outsourcing model.”
“With both the BlackBerry architecture and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, small and medium-sized businesses have the option of hosting the technology on-site or having an external provider host it for them,” said Watts. “This flexibility to easily migrate operations is incredibly powerful and is something that you cannot get with solutions like Salesforce.com or Siebel OnDemand.”
Also participating in the Webinar will be Brodie Computes, a consulting firm based in Southern Ontario, Canada, that specializes in customer relationship management and sales force effectiveness solutions. An early adopter of the MobileAccess solution, Brodie Computes uses MobileAccess to increase the productivity of its business operations.
