All applications undergo rigorous review to ensure that our common customers receive an outstanding user experience. Note that eligibility for certain programs is based upon the member's commitment level to marketing, implementing and supporting TenDigits.
Marketing Alliance Partner Program
TenDigits Marketing Alliance Partner members prefer to concentrate on their core business and simply desire alignment with TenDigits mobility solutions to present prospects with the best mobility choice.
Typically this is the starting point for many partners that wish to pace their investment in the sales and technical skills required to ensure successful mobility solutions. Upon identifying a qualified prospect, Marketing Alliance Partners refer these opportunities to TenDigits for follow-up and sales engagement with the prospect—upon completion of sale, a referral fee is paid to the alliance partner.
TenDigits has developed a comprehensive, worldwide program to support our Marketing Alliance Partner program members with a combination of sales, marketing and account management support.
Certified Implementation Partner Program
TenDigits Certified Implementation Partner program members are ready to commit sales and marketing resources as well as developing the technical skills needed to enable customer success with MobileAccess.
This allows customers to work with their vendor of choice in acquiring a complete mobility solution without undue project risk or cost. Members of this program enjoy a generous reseller margin based on their demonstrated capabilities and efforts.
Certified Implementation partners provide full life-cycle services from initial sales contact, through implementation to post-installation support. Other professional services offered by partners may include:
- Mobility Planning and Consulting
- Implementation and Configuration
- Education and Training
- First-level technical support
We understand that our Implementation partners have earned a "trusted advisor" status with customers and will provide us with access to new markets and customers. We respect that relationship and aim to augment and support our partners in mutually beneficial outcomes.
Industry Application Partner Program
TenDigits Industry Application Partner program members develop and market industry vertical solutions based upon the Microsoft Dynamics platform and wish to leverage the unique capabilities of MobileAccess to provide further value-add benefits to their customers.
This pre-integrated approach led by the Industry Application partner extends the coverage of MobileAccess in specific vertical market segments and provides customers with world-class solutions backed by the deep vertical domain expertise of our partners.
TenDigits has developed a comprehensive, worldwide program to support our Industry Application Partner program members with a combination of sales, marketing, technical, software development and account management support.

Service Provider Program
TenDigits Outsource Service Provider program members offer a broad range of special services and may utilize or incorporate TenDigits products to provide value-added functionality to their client offerings. Examples of these types of service providers includes:
- Application Service Providers (ASPs) provide managed access to multi-tenanted software applications that are hosted and fully managed by the ASP.
- Network Service Providers (NSPs) provide clients' with wireless data services, enterprise smartphone devices and related services.
- Technology Outsourcing Providers (TOPs) manage the complete hardware and software infrastructure for their clients.
TenDigits is currently developing this new program to support a broad range of partners in numerous global markets.
