How it works
Your CRM records are automatically pushed to your smartphone. Any changes you make to your records are cached on the device when there is no wireless signal, and then automatically synchronized back to the CRM server when the wireless signal is re-established.
If a record is added or updated on the CRM server, such as a new lead, it is automatically pushed or updated on your smartphone whenever it has network connectivity.
This is much faster and more productive than forcing users to remember to perform a manual synchronization.
